Lublin V. The Administrative-Jurisdictional Activity of the Bodies of State Fire inspection

Object - public relations which are established in the process of administrative and legal activity of the bodies of state fire inspection as far as the violations of fire safety regulations are concerned; purpose - is to define the essence of the administrative juridical management in the bodies of the administrative and juridical inspection, to find out its place in the administrative process as well as to carry out recommendations to improve fire inspection administrative law of Ukraine; methods - dialectical, historical-judicial, comparative-judicial, the analysis of law and judicial practice, concrete- sociological: interviewing, statistical and formal juridical; novelty - totally new approach towards the definition of legal nature of administrative and juridical activity of the bodies of state fire inspection was added. Their place in the judicial system of power management was defined; results - are covered in the academic research activity as well as in legal education.
