Dereza V. Diversification of production and capital as a factor of stabilisation of the financial condition of an enterprise

The thesis is dedicated to elaboration of the theoretical, methodical and practical basis of implementation and development of the product and capital diversification on the industrial enterprises. The analysis of usage of product and capital diversification in the global practice as well as existed approaches to choosing the effective directions and methods of diversification is conducted. The priority directions of providing the sustainable development of the enterprises in conditions of the market economy are substantiated. The factors and the resulted indexes on the bases of which the most reasonable directions and methods of the diversification can be recommended are determined. The models of determining of the optimal incomes' structure of enterprise for the different directions of product and capital diversification are elaborated and substantiated. The practical recommendations on the choosing the effective variants of the product and capital diversification are developed.
