Chmykhun V. Economic feasibilities of adaptation not profit coal mines to the market conditions

Principles of forming of conduct of coal mines working in the conditions of chronic shortage of facilities on development of production are studied in dissertation. It is shown that management by the financial and commodity streams of products, concentrated in intermediary firms leads to collapse of investment policy of maintenance of power. A group is analyzed not enough effective mines of Donbas and it is proved, that the concept of "efficiency of work of mine" is not clear enough and synonymous and depends on the chosen criterion of efficiency and level, which a problem is examined on. It is shown that small the effective mines of the Central and Miner's regions of Donbas have potential backlogs due to material well-being by supplies, and it predetermines expedience of maintenance of their power, at least, on the period of working off the already prepared horizon. In the process of optimization of increases of power the parameters adopted by the adjusted level of investments and shadow cost of supplies are entered. It is shown that expedience of the address investing of maintenance of power of mine depends on the level of these parameters. The mechanism of establishment of the balanced prices with the purpose of maximal to satisfaction of grant requests depending on priority of mines with steep layers for the values of the obtained coals and level of economic reliability of enterprises is offered.
