Padafet Y. Mechanism of forming public institution’s image

Object of research: process of application of the public administration mechanism’s. Aim: theoretical and scientific–methodical basing of raising efficiency of public institution’s activity through the image creating mechanism’s. Methods: unity of historical and logical, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, content-analysis, factorial and cluster analysis, statistic. Results: the technology of state local authorities’ image forming in Ukraine is proposed; the mechanism of state body image forming is improved. Novelty: for the first time the main elements of the process of the public institution’s perception in the social consciousness have been defined, the desired model of their sequence was determined; a new understanding of the content of the concept “public institution’s image” is revealed. Degree of introduction: recommendations on the forming image process are introduced by the Kharkiv and Lugansk oblasts state administration. Spheres of using: public administration, psychology, polytology, scientific researches, teaching at a university.
