Kryzhanovs'kyj I. Peculiarities of course and diagnosing in combined impairment of kidneys by tuberculosis and chronic non-specific pielonephritis.

The dissertation is devoted to a comparative estimation clinical - laboratory, functional and morphological displays at an isolated tuberculosis of the kidneys, an isolated chronic nonspecific pyelonephritis and combined defeat of kidneys by a tuberculosis and a pyelonephritis. Except for traditional methods of diagnostics new techniques of revealing mycobacteriuria are used: crop on new nutrient medium "VKG" for the accelerated revealing the infection agent and PCR of tests of urine. The auxiliary criterion of an estimation focal reactions is developed and investigated at realization hypodermic tuberculin tests (tu-berculin - thermographic test). Contra-indications to use of some antibacterial means are proved at treatment of a pyelonephritis not clear генеза be-fore exception of tubercular defeat of a kidney. On the basis of results of research the algorithm of realization of differential diagnostics and the list of stage-by-stage actions for active revealing early forms of a tuberculosis of a kidneyare developed. On the basis of statistical processing pa-rameters of prevalence of clinical attributes at patients of different registration groups diagnostic tables of forecasting the fac-tors are developed, allowing to predict probability nephrophthisis.
