Grytsay G. Dysfunction of nervous system of female with estrogen deficiency and correction methods

The theoretic basis and solution of scientific problem of definition of clinical, paraclinical features of dysfunction of nervous system of female with estrogen deficiency are shown in the thesis for optimization of diagnostics and cure. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of neuromediator exchange (noradrenaline, adrenaline, dopamine, tryptophan, serotonin, melatonin, L-arginine, 5-oxy-indolacetate acid). On the base of examination of patients the features of psychoemotional and vegetative abnormalities were scrutinized. The correlation between neurological abnormalities and changes in neuromediator exchange was also studied. With the help of spectral dopplerography the changes of cerebral hemodynamics were determined. The risk factors of injury of cerebrum vessels of female with estrogen deficiency were specified.Pathogenetically valid approach to medical treatment of neurological abnormalities of female with estrogen deficiency as course of using of vita-melatonin was developed.
