The dissertation is devoted to study of pathogenetic mechanisms of a development of preeclampsia, substantiation and introduction to practical medicine of new approach to diagnostics and therapy of preeclampsia taking into account changes of a vegetative tension of the pregnants. The technique of aminazinum test is scientifically proved and developed. Stagies of development of preeclampsia (compensate, decompensate) are determined.It was ascertained the changes of a volume of intravascular liquide (plasma) in the case of use of solutions for infusions for prevention of increase of oedemas and deficit of BCV for the first time. In work defined, that in the case of severe preeclampsia the development of hypoosmotic conditions is reflecting of progression of oedematic syndrome and accompanied decreasing of concentrations of antidiuretic hormone in plasma. It was determined the concentrations of antidiuretic hormone in the case of a different stagies of severity of preeclampsia. It's necessary to accountin treatment of therapy. Introduction of the developed technique has allowed to prevent of development of severe preeclampsia and to improve preparation of women for deliveries.
