Isikov S. Organization and Economic Mechanism of State Support of Small Entrepreneurship: Logistic Conseption

Object of research - processes of development of small business in Ukraine. The purpose of research - deepening of theoretical rules and development of the methodological and practical recommendations on increase of efficiency of state support of functioning and development of small business on the basis of principles and methods of logistic. Methods of research - dialectics; logic; the system approach and system analysis; statistics; economic-mathematical. The practical significance of the received results is, that the realization of the basic rules and recommendations assists increase of efficiency of activity of the small enterprises at the expense of their complex infrastuctural support, that will be realized in the special state and regional programs. The scientific novelty of the received results is, that the concept of state support of small business with use logistic for the first time is formulated which improves the mechanism of state management of economic and social processes; the organization-economic mechanism of functioning of logistic centers of state support of small business is developed, that allows to consider a question of increase of a production efficiency and realization of production through a prism of interaction and of interconditionality of current processes; the models micrologistic of systems of the small commercial enterprises are constructed which unite and optimize directions of product-commercial activity on the basis of marketing, logistic. The program-target approach of the state to support of small business, which takes into account directions in area of logistic; the technique and organization-economic mechanism of planning and of the logistic analysis of firm, that allows to determine logistic potential and logistic reserves of small business are advanced. The terminological device logistic rather of logistic system of commercial business, of logistic management; the contents and functions of the state at various levels of planning of activity of system of commercialbusiness, that concretizes directions of state support in activity of the commercial enterprises; the substantiation of influence of small business on change of state politics institutional and structural transformations in economy of Ukraine, that allows objectively to determine strategy of social and economic development have received the further development.
