Essay

Based on the clinical-neurological, psychological, instrumental (ultrasound dopplerography, EEG, EMG) the meaning of myofascial dysfunction of cervico-thoracic localisation in development of autonomic dystonia synrom, cephalgic, neurotic syndroms was revealed. The functional chareter of hemodynamic disorders and their venous course were proved. The course of myofascial dysfunction depends on the intensity of autonomic dysfunction syndrom, level of anxiety, subjective estimation of sensation of pain, functional state of the brain. On the base of obtained results the programme of varied method of therapy of myofascial cervico-thoracic dysfunction was created. Using of oftaind results leads to diagnostic algoritm and to improvement of therapy effectiveness.
