Kulyas V. Genetic markers, hormonal and immunologic criteria for risk development of chronic dust bronchitis in coal miners

Harmful factors of coal mines, individual genetic markers, indices of hormonal status and immunologic reactivity of coal miners' body. To work out informative prognostic criteria of an early diagnosis for chronic dust bronchitis on the ground of the study of genetic markers, hormonal and immune shifts which appeared in coal miners body under influence of harmful factors of the industrial environment. To improve a system for the prevention of the disease. Methods of the study: hygienic, immuno-genetic, radioimmune, immune, mathematic statistical. For the first there were determined informative markers for risk development of chronic dust bronchitis and on its basis there were worked out and recommended the scheme of the prevention and rehabilitational measures for the persons of the risk group of chronic dust bronchitis development. The received results were used under creation of methodical recommendations, patent of Ukraine №47205A 17.06.2002 "Method of an early diagnosis for chronic dust bronchitis",innovation "New method of an early diagnosis of chronic dust bronchitis " №142/17/02, informative letter "New method of an early diagnosis of chronic occupational pathology of bronchi" №175-2004. The field of use is labour medicine.
