Method of testings and instrumentation methods of the analysis and synthesizing, factor, structure analysis, methods extrapolations, grouping, expert estimations, economic-statistical simulation .Idealized outcomes and novelty - usage of the theory of economical increase in control of development industrial enterprises; the introducing of concept of functional efficiency of industrial enterprises; the approach to an estimation of efficiency of the integrated increase of industrial enterprises;deployment of the contents of effective increase of enterprises. Practical outcomes and novelty - estimation of a management efficiency by development of industrial enterprises; measures on control of effective development on the basis of model of the integrated functional efficiency.
