Object: process of forming of economic conduct of enterprises. Aim: exposure and cognition of category of economic conduct of enterprises, features of its forming taking into account factors which determine the economic conduct in the transformation economy and determination of possible directions of its improvement and rise of efficiency. Methods: system, analysis and synthesis, comparative economic, selective inspections, polling, economic-mathematical design. Results: determination of economic conduct of enterprises is grounded, classification of types of economic conduct of enterprises is offered, the model of estimation of efficiency of economic conduct of enterprises is developed. Use: on enterprise „Lvivsky motozavod”, at development of Program of socio-economic development of Lviv.
