Bezdyenyezhnykh L. Sunflowerseed oil cleaning technology with the use of adsorbent based on sunflowerseed husks

Object of study: research of refining of sunflower oil. Purpose of study: the development technologies of refining sunflower oil and its products by modified adsorbent on the basis of sunflowerseed husks. Methods of study: gas chromatography, microscopy, microphotography. Theoretical, practical and actual value: technological parameters of receiving the modified adsorbent are defined, as well as geometrical pa-rametres of its porous, structure. The qualitative and techno-logical parameters of adsorbent refining oil are defined. Con-ditions of soap decomposition and extraction of oil are de-fined. Conditions of soap decomposition and extraction of oil phase under the action of new adsorbent on soapstock are determined. Conditions of oilkeeping washing water refining by the adsorbent of refining industry are revealed. Techno-logical scheems of these processes are disigned. Degree of application: it is applied in “Kremen” and Ltd Michurin in Kremenchug. Spere of application: oil-fat industry.
