The dissertation is dedicated to the examination of the peculiarities of legal reinforcement in the Ukrainian Criminal laws, both from theoretical and practical points of view, for the status of minors that have committed crimes or have performed socially dangerous actions. The model proposed for the legal criminal procedure status of such minors takes into consideration specific characteristics of their age.
