Dissertation is devoted to the learning an opportunities and clinico-pathogenetical aprovement of application of actovegine's inhalations and ultrasound's in treatment of patients with acute craniocerebral trauma, injure of cerebrale.In 118 patients with ABI the peculiarity of clinico-neurological condition, systematic and intraorgan hemodinamic, pathology are researched. New results about opportunities of injection of actovegine and ultrasound in the way of inhalations. The pecularities of clinico-hemodinamic influence of actovegine in different ways of injections, different methodics of ultrasound (after results of one test) are found. The new method of complex action of actovegine and ultrasound worked out.It is proved, that the application of complex action of actovegine's inhalations and ultrasound's increase the effect of patient's treatment with ACCT, with pathology in cardio-vessel's system, prevent the complication of drug's therapy and progressing clinical pathology, more expressed after repeated courses of treatment.
