Zabolotnaya I. Substantiation of the differentiated methods of early sanatorium rehabilitation of patients after cholecystectomy

The dissertation work is devoted to the development of the differentiated methods of early regenerative treatment of patients after cholecystectomy concerning gallstones disease in view of character and a degree of infringements in gastroduodenal system and a carbohydrate exchange with the purpose of increase of efficiency of therapy.On a basis of results of complex clinical, laboratory and tool inspection of patients, definion of features of a clinical course of the early regenerative period, condition of liver, biliary tract, pancreas and gastroduodenal system and the latent infringements of the carbohydrate exchange, the revealed interrelation between weight of defeats gastroduodenal system and infringements of the carbohydrate exchange, are developed the differentiated complexes of treatment with use of different methods of physiotherapy. On a basis of studying the direct and remote results of treatment of patients after cholecystectomy it is proved that applications of the developed complexes at astage of early sanatorium rehabilitation depending on character and a degree of pathological process in liver, biliary tract, pancreas and gastroduodenal system, and the latent infringements of the carbohydrate exchange, promotes substantial increase of efficiency of treatment, prevents to development of the proof postcholecystectomy frustrations and to formation of a diabetes 2 types.
