This thesis is devoted to development of organizational economic model of quality at the enterprises. The concept "quality of functioning of the enterprise" as economical and organizational category is formulated, a method of the complex analysis of a category "quality of functioning of the enterprise" with use of the device of indistinct logic is developed, a parameter "costs on quality's innovations" is entered, the correlation between quantitative and qualitative aspects of costs on quality is revealed, the mechanism of definition of dynamics and identification of costs on quality and system of factors of a quality management efficiency at the enterprises are advanced.
