The dissertation is devoted analytical and to an experimental research of technological parameters of Die-rocking punching details symmetric concerning an axis, development on this basis of Resource Saving Technologies and the equipment, realizing advantages of this method of processing of metals by pressure, or only to him inherent positive qualities. Distribution of contact pressure is comprehensively investigated. On a stain of contact three zones distinguished by a kind is intense - deformed of a condition are considered. Within the limits of the basic zone of tangential current of metal three sites are considered depending on character of action of contact tangents of pressure. The received decisions for definition of all technological parameters Die-rocking process. "Know-how" of disk, ring details, products with a super thin flange is developed.
