Essay

The epidemiological features of hepatitis' B and C spread are determined: true in-tensity, manifestations, tendencies of development and driving forces of epidemic pro-cess. Is shown, that the epidemic process of hepatitis B and C have intensive, but mainly latent character and is formed for the account unapparent forms of infectious process, and virus carrier status. The basic reasons of high levels of hepatitis' B and C incidence and prevalence, dominant rout and factors of transmission, groups of the increased risk are determined. The opportunity of the hospital distribution of these infections among various groups of the population is proved. The practical ways of increase of efficiency preventive measures are offered.
