Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of determining law-theoretic subject specificity of Canon Law background of Eastern (Orthodox) Christian Church as one of the religious lawful systems. The idea of the Canon Law background as external forms of consolidation of rulemaking will of independent religious association has been revealed and the specificity of Canon Law background in comparison with Secular Law and other religious lawful systems has been analyzed. Different kinds of Canon Law background as material, formal and juridical doctrine have been stud-ied, too. The peculiarities of systematization of Canon Law background have also been explicated.
