The dissertation is devoted to complex analysis of the legal status of indigenous peoples of Ukraine under national constitutional law. The especialities of the ethnic groups which let to give them the legal status of indigenous peoples of Ukraine are pointed, author's definition of indige-nous peoples of Ukraine is proposed to. Author researches the international legal aspects of the legal status of indigenous peoples and constitutional support of indigenous rights in abroad countries. He marks the possibility of international and abroad indigenous studies' receptions by Ukraine The positions of Ukrainian Constitution and recent legislations are analyzed.
