Frolov Y. Economic rights and freedoms of human and citizen in Ukraine

The essence, content and form of basic economic rights and freedoms of human and citizen in Ukraine are exposed. The author formulates that economic rights and freedoms of human and citizen in Ukraine are independent kind of rights and freedoms in the system of constitutional rights and freedoms of human and citizen in Ukraine. The author's concept of economic rights and freedoms of human and citizen in Ukraine as the human and citizen's possibilities to posses, use and manage of economic goods and also acquire and defence its in the order, bounds, forms and way that established by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine. In the thesis the classification of basic economic rights and freedoms of human and citizen in Ukraine on many criterions are made. The complex analysis of right of private property of human and citizen, human and citizen's right on enterprise and human and citizen's right to use the objects of public (social) property are carried out. The normative and legal, organizational and legal and others guaranties of realization of these rights are researched. The proposals on improvement of legislation in human rights branch are formulated.
