Chystokolyanyy Y. Constitutional Legal in Ukraine.

In the thesis theoretical and practical problems of constitutional and legal in Ukraine are researched. Their evolution, comprehension, and coordination with other legal of the field are studied. In the thesis there have been defined main criteria of classification of constitutional law rule, and the system of constitutional and legal rules has been analyzed. Great attention is paid to the structure of constitutional and legal rules as well as to the characteristic of its main elements. Fundamental study of main problems of development and improvement of constitutional and legal rules has been done, in particular there have been analyzed main factors, which influence the development of constitutional and legal rules, and main tendencies of development and improvement of constitutional and legal rules in constitutional law of Ukraine.
