Ishchenko N. Perfection of economic relations as a way of the profit increase of the enterprises which cooperate in ore mining and processing complex (on an example of Open joint-stock company "Kryvbassvzryvprom")

The schemes of cooperation of the enterprise "Kryvbassvzryvprom" with the ore mining and processing enterprises are systematized. The directions of economic relations' perfection that provide the increase of their profit are considered between these enterprises. The approach to definition of rocky mining mass's price depending on the quality of its destruction is theoretically substantiated. The method of additional benefit's distribution from the application of innovative projects between the enterprises according to the coefficient of the participation of each of them in the process of receiving the profit is developed. The estimation of efficiency of enterprises' cooperation including to the rate of its profitability is offered. The principle of reverse effect from the favorable conditions' creating for economic activities of the enterprises of the ore mining and processing complex is formulated. The economic expediency of the transfer of boring works' department from ore mining and processing enterprises to industrial structure of "Kryvbassvzryvprom" is determined.
