Chirichenko Y. Reforming and development of the property relations of the ownership in an agriculture

The dissertation is devoted to a deepening of theoretical bases, analysis and improvement of the economic forms of the property relations of the ownership. In the dissertation are investigated questions of a concrete definition of concepts of the economic contents and legal form of the relations of the property, allocation of the basic types of kinds and forms in structure of the property, the definitions of rational structure to agrarian sector of economy on patterns of ownership; are offered methods for maintenance of economic conditions of realization of the rights of the proprietor to dispose and to use the property, the theoretical bases of association of the structurally functional analysis and functional - cost analysis for the decision of the problem of rational use of property in agriculture, offered methodological bases of construction of mathematical models for optimization of use of property are determined as a material investment resource.
