Object: management of enterprise risk of the oceanic fishery enterprises of Ukraine. Aim: perfection of management by enterprise risk of the oceanic fishery enterprises. Methods: generalizations, abstractly - logical, the economic analysis, analogies, the econometric modelling, expert estimations, mathematically-statistical. Novelty: the economic essence is specified and the specificity of management of enterprise risk of the oceanic fishery enterprises is revealed ; factors and versions of their enterprise risk are identified and classified. Results: theoretic-methodological bases are developed and the complex of measures on perfection of management by enterprise risk of the oceanic fishery enterprises is proved. Sphere of introduction: the enterprises of a fish economy, state bodies and establishments of education.
