Bereziuk S. 3. Economic efficiency of agrochemical service of plant growing on the regional level

Object of research - some theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the system of the system of agrochemical service and efficiency of its functioning. Research objective - improvement of theoretical and methodological foundations of increasing the efficacy of agrochemical service in plant production. Methods of research - dialectical, monographic, graphic, statistical, abstract - logical, experimental, mathematical. Theoretical and practical results - suggestions as to increasing the efficacy of agrochemical service in plant production at a regional level are accepted for introduction; they provide for reorganization of the regional agrochemical enterprises by means of creating on their basis of district servicing multifunctional cooperatives; the ways of rational use of fixed and circulating founds of agrochemical service enterprises are substantiated; the use of specialized software is suggested. Scientific urgency - scientific and practical importance of chemicalization in raising the level of efficiency of plant production is theoretically enriched and summarized; some theoretical and methodological aspects concerning prerequisites and stages of formation and functioning of the Ukrainian agrochemical service in the conditions of restructuring of the agroindustrial complex are further developed; the constituents of agrochemical service are defined and specified; the organization - economic mechanism of relations between agrochemical units and agricultural producers is improved; the charter project of a district multifunctional service cooperative is created, the main kinds of its activity, peculiarities of functioning and mechanism of organizational and economic relations between the partners are outlined; recommendations as to improvement of planing and day-to-day activity of regional agrochemical enterprises, providing for the use of specialized software on optimization of the functioning of production units. Innovation: economic-mathematical model of optimization of using the technicalequipment of regional agrochemical enterprises which has helped to create "Trans Net" software; methods of defining plants needs in NPK done on the basis of specialized software "Dobriva 1.0". Level of introduction - research results are introduced at Nemyriv stock company "Raiahrokhim", Vinnytsia stock company "Oblahrokhim", stock company "Ahrokhimsentr".
