Object: peculiarities of electrical power market process at supplying electricity companies of Ukraine. Subject: information flows of these companies. Purpose: development of theoretical statements, methodical and practical recommendations as to organizational and economic provision of information flows control at electrical power market companies. Methods and equipment: economic analysis methods, economic mathematic modeling, graph theory methods. Theoretical and practical results: demonstration of information correspondence to the economical resource features, development of information flows optimization model. Degree of implementation: at "Kharkovoblenergo" incorporated company, in the training process at Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.
