Myronyuk B. Differential topical diagnostics of it intracohlear chronic senso-neural hearing loss among children

The present dissertation is devoted to the increasing the effectiveness of differential topical diagnostics intracohlear chronic senso-neural hearing loss among children on the base of using the fast auditory adaptation test. This work is founded on the results of the examination and treatment of 80 patients with II-III levels of chronic senso-neural hearing loss. Using the fast auditory adaptation test we detached 4 basing versions of the adaptive reactions and we got the possibility to pick out 4 forms of the intracohlear chronic sensoneural hearing loss: receptive, when the defeated area is local-ized in the structures of the spiral organ; neural, when the area of the first neuron is defeated; mixed (receptive-neural), when either hair cells or audi-tory nerve fiber are defeated; adaptive-saved, when the part of the inner ear elements is dead, and destroyed, but the rest function in normal way. It give us the possibility to define more precisely and to present the up-to-day classification of the intracohlear chronic senso-neural hearing loss on this base we can recommend purposeful treatment for children with hear-ing loss.
