Fedoriv V. Research of Process of Dry Substances Screening with the purpose of both advancing Designs of the Screening Machinery and Increasing of the Activity Efficiency.

The thesis is dedicated to the study of the vibrating screening pro-cess. The basic purpose of the thesis is both creation and research of the vibrating screening process and the elaboration of new designs for flour screening machinery. For the achievement of the basic purpose the interdependent scientific problems had been solved: it has been investigated and established the mechanics of the vibrat-ing screening; it has been established the space boundaries of the vibration intensity of the screening surface; it has been adduced the mathematical description of the studied process and investigated the vibrating screening conditions; it has been obtained the theoretical relations of parameters of vibrating displacement of a sphere of flour fragments of the products from the parameters of the oscillation of a deck; it has been suggested the design concepts, designed and com-missioned the experimental model of the vibrating flour screening machine and also it has been estimated its economic efficiency.
