Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of interpersonal interaction in conflict situations. The main approaches to the study of the problem were analyzed; the constructive interpersonal interaction model in the conflict pedagogical situation was worked out; pedagogical reasons and criteria of the defining of the students’ level of readiness to the interpersonal interaction in the conflict situation were theoretically grounded. Content, forms and methods of the organization process of the interpersonal interaction in conflict situation were defined. The students preparation model of the interpersonal interaction in the conflict situation was worked out and scientifically grounded. The effectiveness of the methodology suggested was experimentally confirmed. The basic results of the research were put into practice in higher educational establishments.
