Burachek I. Development of Production Co-operatives in Transitional Agriculture.

Object of research: the process of forming and development of agricultural production co-operatives in a transitional agriculture. Purpose of research: the scientifically proved offers concerning organizational-economic bases of effective functioning production co-operatives have been develop in a transitional agriculture. Methods: dialectical method of cognition, system approach, statistical-and-economic method, plural regression-correlator analysis, analysis and synthesis, calculation and construction, abstract and logic method. Theoretical and practical results: Theoretical results contribute to the enrichment of the conceptual apparatus and scientific approaches to the problem of dissertational research. Practical importance lies in the possibility of using the obtained results of research by agricultural production co-operatives and agrarian experts. Scientific novelty: For the first time the perspective organizational structure of agricultural production co-operative and the adaptive mechanism ofits internal economic relations to a market economic system have been proposed; the concept of "agricultural production co-operative" have been specified; the paper specified the system of labor motivation for co-operative members and the priorities of their social mission development; the typology of production co-operatives in an agriculture of Ukraine in a context of their retrospective analysis has received the further development; factors which nowadays negatively influence development of production co-operatives have been identified; the options of participation into integration processes for production co-operatives has been substantiated. Degree of introduction: the research results have been approved for introduction by the Central department of agriculture and the food-stuffs of the Zhytomyr regional administration, the department of agriculture and the food-stuffs of the Baranovka district administration, agricultural production co-operative "Ruzhinsky" in Ruzhinsky district. The above results arealso recommended for using in the teaching process of the State Agroecological University. Efficiency: the research results form the concepts of developing agricultural production co-operatives in transitional conditions.
