Object of research: the economic processes which occur in sugar beet subcomplex of agriculture of Ukraine as a whole and in Khmelnitsky region. The purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodical bases and practical recommendations concerning maintenance of efficiency of functioning regional sugar beet subcomplex in modern conditions of formation of market economy. Methods: a dialectic method of knowledge, the system approach, monographic, economic-statistical, settlement-constructive, abstract and logic, economic-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results assist enrichment of the conceptual device and scientific approaches to definition of an economic condition sugar beet subcomplex, to a deepening of knowledge of methodological aspects of formation and functioning sugar beet subcomplex. Practical value will consist in an opportunity of use of offers the enterprises sugar beet a subcomplex. The received results will assist stable functioning of all subjects sugar beet subcomplex. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the model of realization of indirect state regulation of the mechanism of market distribution of incomes between branches is offered, the technique of state regulation of the market of sugar is offered, is economically justified expediency of improvement of existing technology of storage and primary processing of sugar beet; it is proved: system of actions on increase of efficiency of use of material base, the offer concerning increase of efficiency of functioning sugar beet subcomplex; carrying out of additional issue of actions of the processing enterprises and a concentration of a control share holding in the property of manufacturers of raw material; it is advanced organizational model of functional-branch structure свеклосахарного a subcomplex.
