Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of new approaches to the prophylaxis of lactation disorders in women with incomplete pregnancy and fetoplacental failure (FPF). It was found that the main risk factor for the development of hypogalactia in women is FPF. It was proved that hypogalactia in women with FPF and incomplete pregnancy is a result of failures in the mother-placenta-fetus complex.The introduction of the scheme for lactation disorders prophylaxis allowed to increase the period of breast-feeding by means of improving the mother-placenta-fetus system functioning.
