Essay

The work is devoted to questions of prognosis and prevention of preeclampsia in pregnant women with antiphospholipid syndrome. It’s known that development of preeclampsia was observed in 57.6 % of pregnant women with antiphospholipid syndrome. On the basis of statistic analysis of extragenital pathology prognostic, linear mathematical and neural network model has been worked out. Specific prognostic criteria are high level antiphospholipid antibodies, hypercoagulation, exhaustion of antithrombin III in the beginning of the pregnancy considerable dysfunction of microcirculation since the I trimester of pregnancy, dysfunction central haemodynamics in the beginning of the III trimester of pregnancy. Pregnant women with antiphospholipid syndrome are offered complex prophylactic therapy, which directs on prevention of preeclampsia since early periods of pregnancy.
