Gamaliy T. Peculiarities in the course of the early restoring period in the patiens suffering from hemispheric ischemic stroke with associated intracerebral complications.

The research is devoted to the problems of improvement in diagnosis and optimization of the management and rehabilitation of the patiens with intracerebral complications due to the hemispheric ischemic stroke in the early restoring period. The effect of the intracerebral complications on the course of the disease in the early restoring period was revealed on the basis of the results after complex examination in 103 patiens with cerebral stroke. It has been revealed, that the regress of movement deficiency, biochemical and bioelectrical disorders in patiens with cerebral stroke in early restoring period is connected with associatred intracerebral complications in the acute stage of the disease. Intracerebral complications have an influence on the course of the early restoring period they deteriorate bioelectrical state, increase the occurrence of oxidative stress, connected with the ondices of free-radical blood oxidation. The schema of optimization in management and rehabilitation for thesepatiens in early restoring period has been elaborated.
