Object – It's the process of spreading the acoustic fluctuations in aerowires of person lungs; purpose this development biotechnical system for reception of objective parameters lungs; methods– theory of acoustics, theory to dynamic system and steady-state theory information handling; result - is designed structure of biotechnical system for PPG studies on the COMP. base that has allowed to make the most possibility computer technology in shaping and registrations of acoustic signals and raise reliability of working of the system - received result PPG studies of patients with different diseases that confirm the theoretical beliefs about regularity of spreading acoustic wave in lungs and are indicative of Perspectives using the method in practical medicine; novelty- is advanced model of spreading the acoustic fluctuations in lungs aerowires and shaping the acoustic phenomenon’s on surface of thorax that has allowed to motivate strategy of determination of quantitative factors of breathing - is shown that on shaping PPG affects presence natural resonance sidebar formed area parenchyma, corresponding to bronchial tree area and adjoining area of thorax that raises sensitivity of method- is offered strategy of adaptation to models to patient that allows to get quantitative parameter lungs- and estimations of parameters of regional breathing and is designed standard criterion of dynamic, diseases that allows to exclude x-rays checking a patient
