Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the issue of tariff legislation framing and development on the territory of Ukraine. The history of formation of customs policy, as well as scientific analysis of the historical processes in this sphere are analyzed. A detailed characteristic of the historico-legal process of the tariff legislation development is presented. The author elucidates historical, legislative and practical sources on the issue. Suggestions concerning the evolvement of tariff legislation as well as the customs authorities' activity in Ukraine have been prepared.
