Object - female sterility in aggregate with an endometriosis; methods - clinical, immunofermentical, immnofluoriscent method, immunological and statistical; novelty - first time is established authentic interrelation between features of clinical current of the postoperative period, a condition of system immunity, and also hormonal function ovarii both up to, and after laparoscopic operations at female barreness, associated with external genital endometriosis; first time with the purpose of preventive maintenance intraoperations damages of adjacent bodies at laparoscopic removal endometrioid heterotopies the technique of "hydropreparation" is applied; the operative technics is advanced, the stage-by-stage complex of restoring treatment in the postoperative period with use proteflasid and auxillary reproductive technologies at women with barreness is developed and introduced at an endometriosis for rehabilitation of reproductive function.
