The research carried out is devoted to the role of hyperhomocysteinemia and other nonlipid factors in the course of acute myocardial infarction and its complications development. Efficacy and safety of folic acid, cyanocobalamin and pyridoxine, and therapeutic doses of simvastatin early using in patients with acute Q-myocardial infarction with the purpose of correction of atherothrombosis progressing nonlipid factors (hyperhomocysteinemia, acute phase inflammation, peroxide oxidation of lipids and superoxide anion production by phagocytes) is proved.
