Zaru M. Becoming of lactation and qualitative structure of milk at parturient after caesar-ean section

Object of research: parturient after caesarean section for the first time or repeatedly; practically healthy lying-in women with physiological gestation. The purpose of research: to specify features of lacta-tion's becoming and qualitative structure of milk at parturient after caesarean section for the first time or repeatedly, to develop methods of correction and pre-ventive maintenance of the revealed infringements. Methods of research: clinical-laboratory, biochemical, immunological, radioimmunological and statistical. Practical value of the received results: the differenti-ated approach to treatment and preventive maintenance of lactation's infringements among parturient after cae-sarean section. Use of new homeopathist preparation "Mlecoin" which promotes normalization of infringe-ments lactation function at parturient after caesarean section that is of great importance for practical obstetric aid is offered. Scientific novelty of the received results: in work for the first time at a modern methodical level essential dif-ference of lactation at lying-in women after caesarean section were established. For the first time the qualita-tive structure of milk at lying-in women after abdominal labor was determined. For the first time parameters of protective properties of milk at lying-in women after caesarean section was determined. The differentiated approach to correction and preventive maintenance of lactation infringements at parturient women after cae-sarean section for the first time or repeatedly was of-fered and proved. Degree of introduction: the substantive provisions de-veloped during research, are introduced into work of Kharkov maternity hospitals №1, №2, №5, №7, Sumy maternity hospital №1, and Kremenchuk maternity hos-pital. Scientific development and practical recommen-dations are introduced into pedagogical process of ob-stetrics and gynecology department of Kharkov medical academy of postgraduate educations.
