Yaroshynskiy V. Economic mechanism of functioning and development of technic market in AIC.

Object - different market organizational structures of agro technical service of Ukraine with different property and economy forms. The aim is theoretical substantiation and working out of scientific proposals directed to the solving problems of formation, development and functioning of technical facilities market for different structures of different property and economy forms, improvement of their economical interrelations with agricultural producers. Methods are dialectical, abstract and logical, statistical grouping, calculation and structural, comparison, analysis and synthesis, monographic, graphical, economic and mathematical.Novelty - theoretical aspects supplement of economic essence of production resources and its classification; the main directions of state and market forming and using of technical potential in agriculture were determined; methods of forming and distribution of profit in production and technical facilities delivery spheres were developed; the predicted of wholesale prices for different kinds of technical facilities in year 2010 in native industry were counted; suggestions of profit distribution between production and intermediary spheres from technique selling at predication period were substantiated; the project of technical facilities market infrastructure in agriculture was developed; the organization and economical factors of forming process of market tariffs for benefits in sphere of agro technical service were determined. Results - accepted for future introduction of Zgurivka state district administration of Kiev region, Chief department of agriculture and food of Kiev regional state administration; using in educational process.
