Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the investigation of technical condition determination methods for road-transport bridges. On the basis of analytical treatments, some new models are suggested to determine the follow-ing span-structure parameters: the pattern of spatial op-eration (construction of influence lines and surfaces), the static stiffness, the spectrum of damped vibrations and the linear mass. The practical realization of these models is based upon the developed and experimentally checked algorithms of analysis of vibrogramms of dy-namical reactions of a structure to the action of travelling load. The results of experimental researches of real span-structure with use of the developed technique are given.
