The dissertation is devoted to the questions of improvement the results of the treatment of peptic ulcers bleeding on the basis of revealing the reasons and frequency of early postoperative complications, their forecasting and development of algorithm of preventive maintenance. For detection of the authentic factors of probability of the development of early complications in 276 patients. The computer programs and marking formulas, with eliminating of groups of low and high probability, were developed for both prognostic systems. The opportunity of decrease of the early complications and reduction of postoperative mortality from 6,8% up to 3,3% was reviewed.
