Rogulsky S. Administrative Legal Measures to Combat Corruption in Ukraine.

TThe thesis deals with research into administrative legal measures designed to combat corruption in Ukraine, as well as with the interpretation of notions of corruption and corrupt acts as administrative offences, their specificity, causes and conditions of their pervasiveness. In view of this it addresses the issues of subject matter and method of regulating administrative legal relations that arise in the process of corruption combating. The Ukrainian legislation that is in force pertaining to the sphere of corruption combating is investigated and analysed; as well as correlation between such notions as corruption, a corrupt act; a corruption offence, an official crime; a civil servant, an official is determined; the content of administrative legal measures to combat corruption is revealed, theoretical principles of the concept and application of administrative legal measures designed to combat corruption are dealt with in detail; their specificity has been investigated and classification of measuresof administrative coercion in combating corruption has been elaborated.
