Onischenko O. The Constitution of Ukraine as the main source of the Constitution law of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to study of certain problem of the Constitution of Ukraine as the main source of the Ukrainian Constitutional Law, to analysis and review of fundamental principles and controversial issues of this particular subject. The author classified the common and especial features of sources of the Constitution law of Ukraine and defined their system. To the technical characters of the Constitution of Ukraine concern: Fundamental Law of Ukraine, highest legal force, law base of legislation, particular process of the introduction of modification, particular content and structure, direct action of the norms. Basing to the technical characters of the Constitution of Ukraine that had been defined the author offers her own definition of Ukrainian Constitution as the main source of constitutional law of Ukraine.
