Voitenko A. Local governing as of regulation of the social economic development of the rayons, which suffered from the accident on the Chornobylska Nuclear Power Station

The object is the local government activity in the districts suffered from the CNPS explosion in Ukraine. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification and generalization of the Local government organs activity in the districts suffered from the CNPS explosion in order to use their experience in potential similar situations. The methods are - systematic and analytical, statistics, problem solving, economical and mathematical, systemic analyses. The newness is that the important role of the local government organs activity in the districts suffered from the CNPS explosion in the activity directed to the development and realization of the state policy has been scientifically justified; the forms of interdependence of the executive and local government branches directed to problem solving have been scientifically proved. The results are that main characteristics of the Zhytomirsky district development plan of the social and economic development with taking into account the peculiarities ofthe suffered territory from the CNPS explosion have been defined; conceptual approaches to the revival of the social and economic as well as ecological state of the suffered regions have been improved.
