Varlamov Y. Technical maintenance system of an environment monitoring

Object of research: system of monitoring of an environment existing in Ukraine. The purpose: development of directions, methods and principles of improvement of functioning GSMOS regarding a subsystem of technical maintenance. Methods and the equipment: the system analysis concerning functioning working system of monitoring. Mathematical modelling concern-ing optimization of application of complexes SIТ. The theory of probability and mathematical statistics for an estimation of efficiency of functioning GSMOS. Theoretical and practical results: the subsystem of technical main-tenance GSMOS and structure of its management Is developed. Algorithms of optimization SIT are developed. On the basis of a экспертно-analytical estimation of a condition of existing system of monitoring. For the first time are developed with application GIS ArcView of a database of equipment of networks of supervision: In Ukraine in such scale this work requirements to a subsystem of technical maintenance GSMOS, principles of itscreation, a problem and the maintenance are lead for the first time, scientifically proved, methods of optimization of a choice and use of complexes SIТ for GSMOS for the first time are developed. A degree of introduction: the part of works is used by preparation of recommendations of technical reequipment of net-works трансграничного monitoring of pools of the rivers of Dnepr and Prip-yat. Sphere of use: development and introduction of programs of monitoring of an environment of a different level. Carrying out of optimization of the available equipment of analytical laboratories for realization of programs of monitoring of an environment.
