Essay

Technological process of rope lay. Processes and machines of processing by pressure - helical steel rope. The postoperative theoretical analysis of wire and rope resiliency during the making on cigar-shaped machines has been accomplished. The mathematical model symbiosis of deformation stated phases has been fulfilled by means of computer program calculating the residual aggregate force in finished rope, which [force] determines one of the major quality indexes — the balance. Research records have been used during the development of making the helical ropes with balance index guaranteed. The recommendations due to the detour limit of mechanical parameters have been made. The new constructions of technological equipment (preformator needle type, modular alignmentor, the carriage with the built - in regulator of a tension) which allows to adjust the production mode parameters with high accuracy and to keep them invariable have been created
