Theses is dedicated to the investigation of clinical epidemiological, microbiological, immunology and genetic features of onychomycoses, implementation of new methods of complex treatment using superinducer of interferons Neovir on the basis of its immunomodulative effect investigation. Theses is also dedicated to the questions of therapy effectiveness upgrade in patients with onychomycoses suffered from consequences of Chernobyl catastrophe. It is estimated that administration of Neovir into the scheme of traditional treatment causes the normalization of humoral and cell systems of immunity and nonspecific factors of protection. Created scheme of therapy was used in patients with onychomycoses that suffered from consequences of Chernobyl catastrophe in which traditional methods of treatment was ineffective. New aspects of mycosis association interactions were established in patients with onychomycoses that suffered from consequences of Chernobyl catastrophe. New informative - telecommunicative systemof skin and nails mycoses prevalence prophylaxis. Basic results of article found an implementation in a dermatologists and family doctors practice.
